How can I connect to my Facebook Page?

Simply log in with your Facebook account that manages your Page, and your available Pages will automatically appear in the system. You can choose which Pages to connect — there’s no requirement to link every Page shown.

What kind of data do you collect from my facebook page?

We only collect the information necessary for the AI agent to provide accurate replies - never your ad account, follower counts, or any business data unrelated to Juzsell. Your data privacy matters to us.

What if I go over my tier?

If you hit your plan limits, the AI may pause until your plan renews or you upgrade. If you expect a spike (campaigns, launches), upgrade ahead of time or contact us. You can always contact us to refill your tokens.

Can I try before I pay?

Yes - your account starts with a 7-day free trial so you can connect a Page and set up your catalog. If you choose a paid plan later, billing details are confirmed before anything goes live.

How do AI tokens and refills work?

Tokens cover AI usage (Messenger replies, embeddings, and related features). Each plan includes a token budget. On Basic, tokens reset on renewal (no mid‑cycle refills). On Pro and Enterprise, your plan includes automatic refills so usage can recover before the next renewal. Exact numbers appear in your dashboard.
